Welcome to the Affinity Challenge!

Affinity Challenge is a business simulation where you will be playing the role of a senior leader in the company you will build.

You have been hired with a single objective: to achieve the best possible results and to become the leading company in the pet food industry.

Your challenge consists of making decisions, which affect the different areas of the company, and which will directly influence the results that you will obtain in the successive rounds of the simulation.

You are going to compete with other teams, which represent competing companies in your industry. They are not going to make it easy for you!

Objective

The objective: TO BEAT THE REST OF THE TEAMS!

The simulation is competitive and fun, however, learning does not take second place. After the simulation, you will be able to better understand a company's value chain, how the decisions we make impact the results, the necessary relationship between the different departments and their correlations, the vital role of having a good strategic vision, and of course, all this considering the fundamental role played by the Financial Statements and Key Performance Indicators.


Resources you will use during the Simulation

Teamwork and decision-making are the basis of the simulation, but we will alternate with debriefing sessions, where we will also include some training pills. Of course, the analysis of the results is going to be a crucial part with great learnings of cause and effect.
